Request covers, broadly, a large set of data from the My School website, all in electronic format. This matter was the subject of a decision by the Freedom of Information Commissioner in Diamond and Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority [2013] AICmr 57 (22 May 2013).

 

In accordance with the decision of the Freedom of Information Commissioner, ACARA provided a historic, electronic list of all schools published on the My School website for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010.
